      upper limb orthosis   一、Elbow joint orthotics Elbow orthotics adapted to elbow diseases are usually used for elbow contracture, low muscle strength, elbow instability, and retention of functional limbs 二、Shoulder joint orthotics 1、Maintain shoulder outreach: used for triaker paralysis, spine tendon fracture, shoulder joint fracture, after dislocation rehabilitation, shoulder surgery, arm plexus paralysis, and acute periarthritis of shoulder. 2、Prevent induction and sagging of the scapula: anterior saw muscle paralysis caused by chest long nerve paralysis. 3、Used for shoulder joint dislocation: to prevent the shoulder joint semi-dislocation caused by stroke hemiplegia, triangular muscle paralysis, etc. 三、Upper limb orthotics for the fracture Fracture or upper limb pain caused by arthritis, trauma, can be fixed with orthotics for a period of time 四、Other special upper limb orthotics for severe paralysis 1、Functional upper limb orthotics driven by self or external force source for upper limb and complete arm plexus injury, delivery paralysis, cervical myeloid injury, unilateral upper limb paralysis caused by severe child numbness, and the shoulder flexor and triceps are only level 2 or above. 2、 Patients with residual quadriplegia with c ganglion with balanced forearm orthotics (bfo), over 1 ~ 2 in shoulder flexion and elbow stretch muscle, can stabilize seated.
