Scope of application of fixers(一)   The upper part of the ankle joint may be caused by congenital or acquired ligament relaxation, accompanied with or without other abnormal joint stable structures (such as joint capsule, joint cartilage, meniscus, muscle structure). In an ankle sprain with or without external force, the ankle ligament may be excessively elongated or even rupture. Ankle instability is usually defined by the number of joint ligament structures accumulated. The more joint ligament damage, the worse the ankle structural stability Whether the fixer is suitable for you and whether you can make the most of the function of the product depends on a variety of factors, among which, your physical condition, health condition and detailed physical examination are very critical. Also, a doctor or technician will help you determine which anchor is right for you. The joint instability begins to appear as gait instability, possibly accompanied by pain and friction sounds. In acute joint instability, such as joint rupture, swelling and skin discoloration change at the injured site. Chronic joint instability and osteoarthritis, such as increased arthrodial cartilage wear at the joint, are often a consequence of long-term injury, especially when acute joint injury is not adequately treated.   For ankle instability, preliminary tests such as the talus tilt test, followed by diagnostic imaging tests such as MRI, x-ray, or ultrasound, are generally required.   SHIJIAZHUANG AOSUO O&P
