(1)Leg prosthesis standing balance training: at the beginning, you can support the parallel bar handrail and crutches, and the walking stick can practice the correct standing posture. You need to stand straight, keep a distance of 10 cm between your feet, and put your weight on the prosthesis and the healthy limbs evenly. Look forward to the mirror opposite to your eyes, practice standing steadily, gradually practice standing without holding anything on your hands, and then let the amputee practice leaning forward and backward Can still stand stably and can't fall in the side bending and rotating movement.

(2) Body center of gravity transfer training: the position of the feet is the same, the amputee will repeatedly move most of the weight of the whole body to the prosthesis (move the pelvis to the side of the prosthesis, and it is not allowed to tilt the upper body to the side of the prosthesis), while maintaining the body balance.

(3) Training of standing and bearing of one limb: the prosthesis and healthy limb can alternately practice standing and balance of one limb. The prosthesis side should be able to stand independently for 3 to 5 seconds. At the beginning of training, you can hold the parallel bars or turn, and gradually train to stand without holding.

(4)Training walking in parallel bars or supporting double crutches: pay attention to the step length of legs should be similar, and the step width should be as small as possible.

(5)Outside the parallel bar, indoor walking training without crutches: if you can walk without both hands supporting the bar, you can train outside the bar. The amputee can face the big mirror, look straight with both eyes and walk along a straight sign line on the ground. It should be noted that the upper body of the training does not swing to the prosthesis side. The step length of both legs should be similar, and the step width should be as small as possible. Generally, it should not exceed 5cm. The support time of both legs should be similar, and the external rotation angle of both feet should be similar (if not, please ask the prosthesis technician to adjust in time).

(6)Training of up and down stairs, outdoor slope road and uneven road: the purpose is to adapt the amputee to a variety of complex walking environment, and generally the crus amputee can adapt. Some young people can also run, long jump and high jump when wearing leg prosthesis, which is not very different from normal people.
