Prosthetics exercise To maintain or enhance the strength and elasticity of the muscles, residual exercises should be performed under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Remove the elastic bandage during exercise and maintain normal breathing during exercise. 1、Turn the hip, lift the stump toward the chest, and bend the knee. Keep your side legs flat on the bed, then straighten your remaining knee joint on the bed, then rest and repeat it several times. 2、Raise the straight leg, straighten the lateral knee joint, and lift the residual leg back toward the roof. Keep your side legs flat on the bed, and then drop the remaining legs. Do not bend the knee joint while lifting or lowering the stump. Then rest and repeat this action several times. 3、Extend the hip, first bend the legs to the chest, pull the side legs to the chest, put the residual limbs to the bed plate and vigorously press to the bed plate, to maintain the straight state of the knee joint. Hold this state for 5 times, then relax and repeat the action several times. 4、Extend the hip, place a small towel under the end of the stump, the stump to press the towel until the hip leaves the bed. Hold this position for 5 times, then relax and repeat this exercise several times. 5、The hip receives —— outreach, place the towel roll between the thighs, the stump as far as possible, make sure the knee joint faces the roof, then recover the stump, squeeze the towel roll, repeat this action 5 times, and rest. 6、When the outreach —— comes in, place a towel roll between the thighs, tie the legs together with a tape at least two inches wide, try to force the legs to separate, keep this position to breathe 5 times, then clip the legs into the towel, and keep this position 5 times. Rest, and repeat the exercise. 7、Femoral quadriceps training, tighten the thigh muscles on the stump, the knee joint straight to the bed, making the patella slide upward and keep this position to breathe 5 times. Then relax and repeat the exercise. 8、Extend the hip and knee flexion, the prone legs close, bend the residual side knee joint, lift the thigh off the bed board, while keeping the hip flat on the bed board, keep this position to breathe 5 times. Then relax and repeat the exercise. 9、Extend the hip knee movement, prone position legs straight together, lift the residual limb away from the bed board, maintain the knee joint straight state, the hip do not leave the bed board. Keep this position breathing 5 times, then relax and exercise again. 10、Gluteus training,  tighten your hips, keep this breathing 5 times, then relax and repeat training several times. 11、Knee flexion, prone bed, straight legs together, hip do not leave the bed, bend the knee, as much as possible. Keep the action count for 5 breaths, then relax and repeat the training. 12、Hip extension, lateral position, raise the residual limb, knee facing front  do not let the hip roll front and forward. Keep the stump breathing up five times, rest and exercise several times. 13、Extend the hip, lie on the side of the stump, force the stump to extend back, and keep the knee straight knee facing forward. Do not let the hip roll back and forth and keep the action number for 5 breaths. Rest and exercise several times. 14、Extend your knee, sit in a hard chair, with your upper body straight on your hips.
