残肢的皮肤保健 Skin care of the residual limbs 为使残肢皮肤保持在良好的状态，建议每晚做好清洁。 To keep the residual limb skin in good condition, it is recommended to clean every night. 1、使用温水及中性肥皂清洗残肢皮肤，将残肢彻底冲洗干净。 Wash the residual limb skin with warm water and neutral soap, and rinse it thoroughly. 2、不要将残肢长时间浸泡在温水中，避免肥皂刺激皮肤使皮肤软化而导致水肿。 Do not soak the residual limbs in warm water for a long time to avoid soap from stimulating the skin to soften the skin and cause edema. 3、彻底擦干皮肤，避免使劲摩擦等能刺激皮肤的因素。    Dry the skin thoroughly to avoid hard friction and other factors that can stimulate the skin.   4、每日数次轻柔按摩残肢，有助于减轻残肢的敏感性增加残肢对压力的耐受性。 The gentle massage of the stump several times a day helps to reduce the sensitivity of the stump and increase its tolerance to pressure. 5、避免剃刮残肢皮肤或使用洗涤剂及护肤霜等，可能刺激皮肤而导致皮疹。   Avoid shaving residual skin or using detergents and skin creams, which may stimulate the skin and cause a rash.    shijiazhuang aosuo o&p
