Analysis of the reasons for the failure of wearing a prosthesis   1. Amputation       Amputation refers to amputation and amputation. Amputation is a painful thing in people's eyes. But from a rehabilitation perspective, amputation is not only a destructive procedure, but the beginning of functional reconstruction. Prosthetics can replace part of the amputation function through amputation, mutilated limbs and reorganization of prostheses to take care of themselves and return to society.       2. General requirements for the fitting of residual limb prostheses       1. The residual limb should have an appropriate length to ensure sufficient leverage, but there should be some space for the joint part of the prosthesis.       2. Residual joints should maintain the original physiological function as much as possible, and no contracture deformity should occur.       3. The stump should be covered with soft tissue, and there should be no tenderness, bone spurs and neuromas.       4. The residual limb should have good skin parts, healthy and smooth, less scar adhesion, and no sinus ulcer.   In the above aspects, except that the length of the residual limb depends on the amputation site, the other three aspects are related to factors such as surgical technique, postoperative care, treatment, and training. In order to ensure a good residual limb condition, so that the amputation can be well integrated with the prosthetic function, the medical profession and the prosthetic circle need to be closely integrated.   SHIJIAZHUANG AOSO O&P
