H65 hydraulic joint is the first commercialized four-axis hydraulic knee joint product with independent intellectual property rights in China. It is a four-axis prosthetic knee joint that uses liquid as a medium to adjust knee flexion and extension damping. The four-axis structure it adopts ensures that the joint has good safety. By adjusting the flow of the liquid, the speed of flexion and extension of the joint can be effectively controlled, so that the user can obtain a good gait. Using liquid as the working medium can make the joint structure more fine and light, and effectively reduce the user's oxygen consumption. At the same time, the joint is safer due to the incompressibility of the liquid. This joint has optional connectors and can be used for thigh prostheses and knee prostheses. Connectors of this joint, such as quadrangular pyramids, can be adjusted back and forth in the sagittal plane. It enables users to obtain the best combination of security and flexibility, making it easier to use. This joint adopts a large number of aluminum alloy structures, and the weight is less than 800g, which is significantly lighter than similar products.
