Used to connect two prosthetics with pyramid ,forexample the socket Adapter with pyramid is connected to the prosthetic knee joint.The inclination angles of the proximal and distal parts are adjusted on the frontal plane and sagittal plane respecticely through the setting screws .The rotation adjustment is to be achieved by connecting part of socket adapter.
