1)Skin friction damage of the bearing part of the stump: it is often seen in the bone protuberance part of the stump. For this kind of problem, prevention should be taken as the main way, and the skin damage of the stump should be noticed at any time, found and solved in time.
2)Skin disease of stump: it is mainly caused by bacterial infection due to the failure to clean the cavity of stump and prosthesis. If this kind of skin disease is found, the prosthetic limb should be stopped even after treatment.
3)Muscle atrophy and dysvascularization of the prosthesis: after some muscles of the prosthesis are cut off, they are no longer moving, and they are often compressed when using the prosthesis, so the muscles of the residual limb will become more and more atrophic, which will cause poor blood circulation of the residual limb. In order to prevent muscle atrophy, amputees should often pay attention to phantom limb exercise. In addition, the lower leg amputee should try his best to adjust the acceptor cavity of the prosthesis to be able to fully bear the weight or contact.
4)Lymphadenitis of the end of the stump. Prevention is the key to this kind of problem, which requires that all closed receiving cavities of thigh or calf prostheses must be in full contact with the residual limbs. For the patients with stasis inflammation, it is suggested to stop the prosthetic in time, bandage with elastic bandage, and cooperate with hot compress or some physical therapy if necessary.
5)Scoliosis and low back pain: the length of prosthesis assembly is not suitable. Generally, the length of healthy limb and prosthesis should be equal, and the length of thigh prosthesis can be shorter, which should not exceed 1cm.
