[Abstract]:
In the world, with the progress of society and science and technology, prosthetic technology is developing from low-level simple to complex. In order to improve the practical performance of artificial limb, people use all available modern science and technology to make better artificial limb, and adopt more technology and materials to make it have better performance. Since the 1990s, the prosthetic technology has been developing in the direction of higher technology, which is more precise, more comfortable and more in line with personal requirements.

Some achievements have also been made in the research and development of new structures, new materials and new technologies, such as EMG prosthetic hand from 20 Since 1960s, a practical series of EMG controlled prostheses has been formed. In the aspect of lower limb prostheses, the lower limb with hydraulic system has been developed in 1990s, the lower limb sports prosthesis made of composite materials has been developed, and the intelligent lower limb prosthesis with electrorheological fluid has been studied. Tsinghua University has studied the intelligence of swing phase control using EMG signals for road condition identification At present, China has begun to produce some titanium alloy connectors and joints, the quality is close to the international level. In addition, the development of simple leg prostheses for amputees in remote areas has been successful. However, in general, there are few new technology products in China, and there is still a big gap in specifications, varieties, performance and quality compared with the development of the world industry, mainly due to the lack of national long-term development plan and key high-tech investment. Artificial limb assembly needs to have the professional knowledge and ability of original application and development of these products, and should build a high-level and high-level research and development team. In the promotion and application of high-tech prosthetic products, we should focus on developing "fist products" with good performance, high quality, which can replace imported prosthetics. We should boldly learn from and introduce new structures, materials and processes from foreign countries, with plans, division of labor, selection and emphasis. The research and development of "three new" in China's prosthetic industry should focus on narrowing the gap in production technology and service quality, and strive to catch up with the international level. Priority should be given to the replacement of prosthesis products that are in great demand and can generally afford to be paid for by the disabled, and special high-tech prosthesis products that are widely used for centralized production and quick effect of standard parts of prosthesis should be focused on; the development and production of all kinds of joints and connectors of bone type lower limb system should be completed, so that the modern prosthesis products can be fully localized; the height of prosthesis foot should be high In terms of technical product development, breakthroughs have been made in new materials such as titanium alloy, carbon fiber composite, silicon rubber, thermoplastic plate, etc., and individual products have reached the same pace with the international market, promoting the structural upgrading of the prosthetic industry.
