Prosthetics exercise
To maintain or enhance the strength and elasticity of the muscles, residual exercises should be performed under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Remove the elastic bandage during exercise and maintain normal breathing during exercise.
1、Turn the hip, lift the stump toward the chest, and bend the knee. Keep your side legs flat on the bed, then straighten your remaining knee joint on the bed, then rest and repeat it several times.
2、Raise the straight leg, straighten the lateral knee joint, and lift the residual leg back toward the roof. Keep your side legs flat on the bed, and then drop the remaining legs. Do not bend the knee joint while lifting or lowering the stump. Then rest and repeat this action several times.
